Global Ship Lease (GSL) finished at an intraday high of $1.40, closing up 18% on more than twice its average volume traded following our trading report on the evening of the 30th of July, 2009. NXG continues to hold the bullish ascending triangle chart pattern as it looks to break past critical resistance ($2.47) or the resisting trend line in the ascending triangle. We await several updates from the company, including a name change that will reflect their current business in the emerging renewable energy sector, closing to the acquisition of Sunbay Energy Corp., a key partner in development of waste to energy plants operating under plasma gasification technology, and debt reduction via. cancellation of restricted common stock that will settle the total issued and outstanding shares at less than 30,000,000.
